Most of our team grew up on Siargao. They know the tides, the vendors, the best time to catch the light on the beach. That local knowledge is not something you can train – it is something you grow up with. We pair it with hospitality standards that match the best boutique hotels anywhere, and the result is a warmth that feels genuine because it is.
Siago is named after two children – Sia and Ago. The resort started as a family project, and that spirit runs through everything we do. Our team does not clock in and clock out. They take pride in making this place feel like home, for guests and for each other.
These are not poster values. They are the things our team actually talks about when guests are not around.
Everyone here treats this place like their own. If a sun bed needs straightening, you straighten it. If a guest looks lost, you walk them there. No one waits to be told.
From how the pillows are folded to how a cocktail is garnished, we care about the small things. Not because anyone is watching, but because that is the standard we set for ourselves.
